Create Azure lab source storage

New-LabAzureLabSourcesStorage [[-LocationName] <String>] [-NoDisplay] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Creates the resource group AutomatedLabSources and a random storage account with a file share called labsources on it in your subscription
