Create ADFS proxy
SYNTAX
Install-LabAdfsProxy [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Configures an ADFS proxy for existing ADFS lab machines by retrieving a valid certificate for one ADFS machine and then installing a web application proxy
